1. Start in the real-estate directory

Real-estate prospecting is not just a broad company-industry search. Feediqo has a dedicated real-estate collection with agent and agency records. Selecting that audience during setup opens the relevant directory; you can change audience later if you need a broader B2B company search.

Write down whom you want to reach before filtering: individual agents, brokerage owners, office administrators or agencies. Those are different buyers. A row with an agency name but no named person should not be treated as a verified individual contact.

2. Narrow geography without inventing a country

Use the city-or-region control for the state or city you serve. Check the displayed location on each result, especially when a place name is shared by several markets. Do not combine a country with an unrelated state and assume the system will repair the intent.

The real-estate import contains state and city fields. Feediqo only infers United States from recognized US state codes; an ambiguous or missing state stays unknown. Treat unknown geography as a review item, not as a silent US match.

  • Choose one service area to begin with.
  • Review the state, city and agency on a small sample.
  • Remove records whose geography or business type does not fit.

3. Check identity and current affiliation

A useful real-estate list separates person records from agency records. Look at the name, business, website and any available contact channel. If the website points to an unrelated business or the person has moved firms, leave that row out or note the uncertainty.

Directory contact availability is not a recent deliverability test. Likewise, Feediqo does not certify licenses, transaction history or territory. If those facts matter to your offer, verify them in the appropriate current source before outreach.

4. Build a working list, not a giant export

Save only the agents or agencies you reviewed. Add a brief note explaining the fit, such as the location served and the business need your offer addresses. Keep person and company records distinct so a follow-up is attached to the right entity.

Reveal available contact details only for the rows you intend to use. CSV export is then a handoff of reviewed records, not evidence that every address is current. Reopen the list later to update status or remove a poor match.

Frequently asked questions

Does Feediqo have a separate real-estate collection?

Yes. Choose Real estate professionals to search the dedicated agent-and-agency collection. You can still use the broader B2B directory for related property companies.

Does a real-estate lead have a verified license?

No. A directory match does not verify a current professional license, brokerage affiliation or recent activity. Review those details separately when they matter.

Can I filter real-estate leads by state or city?

Yes, when the source record has a usable state or city field. Ambiguous or missing geography should be reviewed rather than assumed to belong to a country.
