Start with the commerce platform, not a generic keyword

Searching for the word “WooCommerce” on a website is different from filtering a store directory by its recorded commerce platform. A business may mention WooCommerce in a blog post without running a WooCommerce store. Platform filters give you a more focused starting set, although you should still verify the current website before making a claim.

Choose ecommerce store leads in Feediqo and select WooCommerce. This routes the search to WooCommerce records instead of mixing them with Shopify stores. You can then add a country, city or category to reflect the market you can serve.

Choose a technology signal that matters to the offer

A payments consultant, analytics specialist and email-marketing agency will each care about different signals. Decide which integration is relevant before choosing an installed-app or technology filter. For example, an agency that works with Mailchimp can begin with recorded Mailchimp-related signals and then confirm the setup on the merchant’s current site.

An installed technology does not prove a merchant is dissatisfied, underperforming, or looking for a replacement. Use the signal to understand likely context and to prepare a useful question. Avoid turning it into an unsupported diagnosis.

  • Choose a market and one relevant category.
  • Add one technology or app criterion tied to the service.
  • Review several current store websites.
  • Remove companies that are agencies, directories or other non-merchants if they do not fit.

Do not treat missing fields as zero

A missing traffic estimate means the dataset does not provide a usable value for that record. It does not mean the website has no visitors. Likewise, a missing phone number does not mean the company has no phone. Adding a minimum-value or contact-presence filter can exclude records with missing fields, so use those criteria only when they matter.

Shopify plan and product-count filters are not supported for WooCommerce in the current Feediqo directory. Use the fields actually available for WooCommerce instead of silently treating an unavailable Shopify-specific field as a matching value.

Separate store discovery from contact qualification

“Has email” helps you find stores with an available email in their contact data. It is useful when your next task requires a contact route, but it is not a live mailbox-verification result. The address may be a shared inbox, may have changed, or may not be the right route for your service.

Review the store’s contact page and the role of the inbox. A support address should not be presented as a named decision-maker’s address. Feediqo keeps WooCommerce contact fields separate from Shopify’s store-email enrichment links so a lookup cannot attach emails from the wrong dataset.

Save reviewed stores and keep the reason for fit

Use a prospect list to preserve the merchants you have actually reviewed. Add notes that explain the service fit, the technology you observed, and what still needs confirmation. Saving the search separately lets you revisit the targeting criteria without confusing the audience definition with the selected records.

Reveal contacts after review. Free accounts can export records from their fixed preview, while paid plans can export from the complete directory. Validate and deduplicate every batch within your own campaign workflow. A smaller list of businesses you understand is easier to qualify and maintain than an undifferentiated export.
