1. Start automation with a precise audience

Outreach automation cannot repair an unclear market. Begin with a role, company context and geography connected to the problem you solve. Feediqo supports manual filters and a natural-language AI builder that turns an audience description into editable search criteria.

Inspect the result sample before saving anyone. Reject profiles with the wrong role, company or market. A smaller list with a clear reason for inclusion is easier to message, monitor and suppress than a broad list assembled only for volume.

2. Save and review the people who should enter the campaign

Campaigns start from a saved B2B people list. Reveal the contact details for every intended recipient and inspect the final address set before launch. Feediqo deduplicates addresses and blocks contacts that appear in suppression controls.

Keep company-only records and ecommerce stores in their research workflows until a suitable person or business contact route has been reviewed. Do not treat a shared inbox as a named decision-maker or move a contact into outreach only because an address exists.

  • Confirm the person, current role and company relationship.
  • Remove existing customers, competitors and previous opt-outs.
  • Check the reason the message is relevant to this audience.
  • Review the deduplicated recipient list before authorizing sending.

3. Connect the Gmail inboxes your team controls

Open Mailboxes & campaigns and connect a Gmail account with Google OAuth. Feediqo requests Gmail send access for campaigns you explicitly approve. It does not import unrelated mailbox content or read replies.

Teams can connect multiple Gmail inboxes and choose the sender for each campaign. Before launch, confirm the sender identity, reply-contact address, signature, domain alignment and who will monitor responses.

4. Reuse a template and schedule a deliberate follow-up sequence

Create the initial message for the reviewed audience and save it as a reusable template. Add up to three automatic follow-ups on later days. Each follow-up has its own subject and body, so it can add context or make a smaller request instead of repeating the first email.

Feediqo shows the recipients and full sequence cost before launch. Sending credits are separate from contact-reveal credits, and one sending credit covers one message to one recipient, including a scheduled follow-up.

5. Monitor Gmail, pause on replies and maintain suppression

The Campaigns workspace shows the sender, recipient count, scheduled messages and sequence status. Active campaigns can be paused before the next follow-up and resumed when appropriate.

Feediqo does not read or classify replies. Monitor the connected inbox, pause the sequence when a recipient responds and record objections or opt-outs in suppression controls. Teams that need warm-up, inbox rotation, automatic reply detection or a unified reply inbox should use a dedicated sending platform for those operations.

Frequently asked questions

Can Feediqo automate cold email follow-ups?

Feediqo can schedule up to three automatic Gmail follow-ups after a reviewed campaign is explicitly launched. Each follow-up must occur later than the previous step.

Can a team connect more than one sending inbox?

Yes. Multiple Gmail inboxes can be connected, and the user chooses the sender when launching a campaign from a reviewed saved people list.

Does Feediqo automatically stop when someone replies?

No. Feediqo uses Gmail send access but does not read replies. The user monitors Gmail and pauses the campaign when a recipient responds.
