1. Connect a Gmail inbox you control
Open Mailboxes & campaigns and choose Connect Gmail. Google shows the account and requested permission before authorization. Feediqo uses send access for campaigns you explicitly review and launch; it does not import unrelated messages or read replies.
You can connect more than one Gmail inbox and choose the sender for each campaign. Treat each inbox as a business identity: confirm its display name, signature, domain alignment and reply handling before using it with a saved audience.
2. Build and review the recipient list first
A Feediqo campaign starts from a saved B2B people list, not from every result returned by a broad search. Review company fit, current role and the reason the message is relevant. Reveal every contact in the list so the final address set can be shown before launch.
The campaign preview removes duplicate addresses and blocks suppressed contacts. If a saved lead has no usable email or has been suppressed, repair the list instead of bypassing the warning.
- Confirm the company and current role.
- Remove existing customers, competitors and previous opt-outs.
- Verify important addresses in the pre-send process your campaign requires.
- Keep one clear reason for every recipient’s inclusion.
3. Save the first message as a reusable template
Write a specific subject and message for the audience you just reviewed. Save the template with a reply-contact address so the same approved content can be reused without copying it between tools. The reply-contact footer is added to each message.
A template should still be reviewed for the list using it. Avoid invented intent, unsupported personal claims and vague mass-mail language. Describe the public observation that makes the message relevant and make the sender’s identity clear.
4. Add a short, deliberate follow-up cadence
Feediqo supports up to three automatic follow-ups, each scheduled on a later day than the previous step. Every follow-up has its own subject and body and stays connected to the campaign record so the sequence can be paused or resumed.
More steps are not automatically better. Each follow-up should add context or make a smaller request rather than repeating the first message. One sending credit covers one message to one recipient, so the full sequence cost is visible before launch.
5. Monitor the campaign and pause on replies
The Campaigns workspace shows connected inboxes, active sequences, recipients, total scheduled messages and campaign state. A campaign can be paused before the next follow-up and resumed when appropriate. An inbox with an unfinished campaign cannot be disconnected accidentally.
Feediqo does not read replies or infer interest. Monitor the sending inbox, pause the sequence when a recipient responds, and add objections or opt-outs to suppression controls. Use a dedicated engagement platform instead when automatic reply classification, warm-up, sender rotation or a unified reply inbox is essential.
Frequently asked questions
Can I connect more than one Gmail inbox to Feediqo?
Yes. The Campaigns workspace can hold multiple connected Gmail inboxes, and the sender is chosen when a reviewed list campaign is launched.
How many automatic follow-ups can Feediqo send?
A campaign can include up to three automatic follow-ups. Each step must be scheduled after the previous one and within 90 days of the first message.
Does Feediqo stop a sequence when someone replies?
No. Feediqo uses Gmail send access and does not read inbox replies. The user must monitor replies and pause the campaign when a prospect responds.
